About Us

Trentdale Investments Limited is one of a group of local, family-owned companies established in 1881. We own a substantial number of domestic and commercial properties, comprising terraced and semi-detached houses, cottages, flats, factory units, etc., throughout the North Staffordshire Area.
Our properties are refurbished to a high standard and our rents are set at a very competitive level.

We are members of the Residential Landlords Association (RLA).

Deposits, paid by tenants, are protected by a Custodial Scheme – The Deposit Protection Service. Since 6th April 2007, all deposits are held by this independent body until the tenancy is ended.

Our experienced and friendly staff provide an excellent administration and prompt maintenance service to tenants, and each property has an Annual Gas Safety Check carried out by Gas Engineers registered on the Gas Safe Register, which replaced CORGI as the independent organisation monitoring Gas Safety. All properties are fitted with Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide Alarms to comply with current Legislation.

Energy Performance, Legionella Assessment Certificates and EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) are available for all our residential properties.
